On November 18, 2007, The Williamson Free School of Mechanical Trades will be participating in an Evening of Giving at the Granite Run Mall located on Routes 1 and 352. The Evening of Giving is a classy VIP night of shopping with live entertainment, free food and drinks, and discount shopping offered by each of the mall stores. Williamson’s Class of 0W9 is selling tickets to the event as a fundraiser for their class gift. Class of 0W9 Officers will also be selling holiday poinsettias and miniature Christmas trees at the event as part of this effort. In addition, Williamson’s Ambassadors will be volunteering as package carriers at each entrance helping make the evening even more special! If you are interested in purchasing tickets at $10 each, please contact Tim Burbage at tburbage@williamson.edu or call 610-566-1776 (x238). The Evening of Giving is a charitable event. When you purchase your ticket from Williamson, 60% of your ticket purchase benefits Williamson’s Class of 0W9. The remainder benefits the Simon Youth Foundation. The mission of Simon Youth Foundation (SYF) is to foster and improve educational opportunities, career development, and life skills for at-risk youth through focused programs and initiatives with public schools.
