Rockfish Tourney to Raise Money for Williamson Scholarships

The 5th annual Top of the World fishing trip and memorial fundraiser will be held Thursday and Friday, June 14 and 15, at Harrison's Chesapeake Country House Inn, Tilghman Island, Md. The event, started five years ago after the death of Lou Schisler, 7W9, will raise money for scholarships for Williamson students who are pursuing education in construction trades. Ten Williamson Students Take Gold At SkillsUSA State Competitions

Ten Williamson students won gold at the SkillsUSA state competitions at the Lehigh Career and Technical Institute recently. Daniel L. Hiltebeitel, director of construction technology-masonry and SkillsUSA adviser, said “When I came to Williamson, my goal was to increase the skill proficiency of Williamson’s masons and to let it to be known throughout the state. Nationally, I wanted it to be known that Williamson is the best trade school in the country.” (more...)


Williamson Hosts Middletown Pride Day

Plan to stop by the Williamson Campus on Saturday, May 12th between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. for Middletown Pride Day. The event is organized by Middletown Township Parks & Recreation Department in conjunction with the Middletown Business & Professional Association and is enjoying its fourth year at Williamson.

There’s something for everyone to enjoy among the many activities planned throughout the day – RAIN OR SHINE!  Look for carriage and pony rides, a moon bounce, classic cars, music, games, crafts, performances by Makin’ Music, the Malones and Irish step dancers.  There’s even a real helicopter for you and the kids to climb on board.

Pat Croce to Speak at Williamson's 114th Commencement

Student Achievements Recognized at Alumni Award Dinner

Twelve Juniors from the Class of 0W8 received accolades at the 12th annual Student Achievement Awards Dinner at The Towne House Restaurant on April 18, honoring Juniors for their excellent academic achievements. The event was hosted by Williamson’s Alumni Association and was attended by 74 students, alumni, parents, guests, administrative staff and instructors. (more...)

Back to Paraiso - The Project Nears Completion

It is hard to believe that after eleven years the hospital construction we began in Paraiso, Dominica Republic, is finished!  How did it happen? Well thanks to the leadership and involvement of the South Kansas City Rotary and concerned members of the First Presbyterian Church of Wooster, Ohio, we together hired and financed a very capable construction firm from Barahona, D.R.
