Williamson No Match for Nationally Ranked Bergen
Randy Keehn's pin at heavyweight was the only victory of the meet as the Mechanics fell to nationally rnaked NJCAA pwoerhouse Bergen in the opening mathc of a quad meet hosted by Williamson.
Middlesex Downs Williamson
Heaveyweight Randy Keehn picked up his 2nd pin of the day while freshman Brandon Gain also picked up a pin @ 157 lbs. but it was not enough as Williamson dropped a 39-18 decision.
Mechanics Rally for Tie
Freshman Robbie Treftz picked up a crucial majority decision at 235 lbs. to enable Williamson to come away with a 30-30 draw with Valley Forge Military College in the final match of the day in a quad match hosted by Williamson. [close] |

| It was a good day for the Mechanics as they took 2nd place overall out of 11 teams competing in the annual Doug Cherry Invitational tournament hosted by Lafayette College. Norman Switzer led the way for Williamson as he won the 125 lb. weight class. Eric Powell (167) and Randy Keehn (Hwt.) took 2nd place in their respective weight classes for the Mechanics and Matthew Deitrich took 4th place at 149 lb. to help lead Williamson to the 2nd place finish in the overall team standings behind the University of Maryland-Baltimore County.
