Students can participate in a variety of varsity and intramural athletics at Williamson. Varsity sports include cross country, football, soccer, basketball, wrestling, lacrosse, and baseball. Intramural sports vary from year-to-year according to demand and have included dec hockey, volleyball, basketball, ping pong, horseshoes, and Frisbee football. The Restall Sports Center offers basketball courts, a well-equipped weight room, and an indoor running track. A well-outfitted wrestling training facility is located above the Power Plant. Byers Hall has a recreation room located on the lower level. Williamson is a member of the:
