Prior to acceptance at Williamson, each candidate is interviewed by a faculty member, administrator, student, or alumnus. (A second interview may be required for programs that have a high number of applicants.) A standardized test to measure aptitude in areas such as verbal reasoning, numerical comprehension, and mechanical ability is also given. A committee, which includes the Director of Enrollments, Dean of Education, the President, the Director of Athletics, and faculty representatives, evaluates the interview, test, and application materials in order to make the final selections, which are presented to the Board of Trustees for approval.6.
